* Patients can book appointments with available doctors through the website.
* The consultation fee displayed on a doctor's profile is the actual fee charged by that doctor.
* The patient pays exactly the displayed consultation fee. No additional platform, convenience or hidden charge is added to the appointment payment.
* Appointment/token availability depends on the respective doctor's schedule and daily token limit.
Patients should provide correct information while booking.
* Cancellation/refund requests will be handled according to the applicable doctor's/appointment policy.
* The platform provides appointment and token-management services; medical consultation and treatment are the responsibility of the respective doctor.
* We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary.
